About Me
My name is Erin and I am both humbled and honoured to be considered a Doula.
I live in the Edmonton area with my family. I was trained as an anthropologist and educator and have since turned those skills and passions into Doula work. Our family are avid gardeners, countryside lovers and I am willing to travel outside of the Edmonton metropolitan area.
I believe in supporting, uplifting and empowering birthing folks and their families and that birth is a significant time in anyone's life. I provide a calm, nurturing presence and will be there to squeeze hips, supply tea and help you find your path when it comes to birthing choices.

What does a Doula do?
A Doula provides childbirth education, provides support during labour and postpartum and can help with guidance when it comes to birthing options.
Full Doula Service
-two prenatal visits (around 20 weeks and 36 weeks)
-Birth-active labour support
-One postpartum visit
Birth Class
-one time childbirth education class to provide an explanation of the process of birth and ideas for managing active labour, transition and birthing.
